- Domestic and international scholars invited by Academia Sinica for visits, lectures, research, or attending academic conferences hosted by Academia Sinica.

- Official Business Reservations Reservations for up to one year are available.
- Reservations for non-research or non-official business purposes by Academia Sinica employees are limited to bookings within one week of the desired stay.

- Rates do not include breakfast.
- Daily check-in begins after 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Late check-out incurs an additional NT$100 per hour. For check-outs after 17:00, a full day's room rate will be charged.
Room Facilities
- Free broadband internet access is available.
- Rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge and a 50-inch TV.
- To promote environmental sustainability, disposable amenities (toothbrushes, combs, razors, shower caps, and paper slippers) are not provided. Guests are advised to bring their own.
